Terms of Service

1. The service

Fayda connects job seekers with employers. The platform is free for job seekers. Employers pay for certain features, such as job credits and unlocking candidate contact details.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Each account is either a job seeker account or an employer account.

3. Job seekers

Job seekers must submit truthful information in their profiles, CVs and applications. Applying to a job does not guarantee an interview or employment. Employers may view your contact details only after you apply to their job and they unlock your application.

4. Employers

Employers must represent a genuine business and may be asked to verify it. Job postings must describe real vacancies, comply with applicable law and must not discriminate unlawfully or request payment from candidates.

Candidate data obtained through Fayda may be used only for recruitment for the advertised role and must not be resold or shared.

5. Payments and credits

Purchased credits are valid for the period shown at purchase. Used credits are not refundable. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not post false, misleading or unlawful content, collect data from the platform by automated means, impersonate others, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Liability

Fayda provides the platform as is. We are not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and employers and are not responsible for hiring decisions or for the content posted by users, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will publish the updated version on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
