1. Google Sign-In

CV assistant (Premium members): your assistant messages, voice notes and uploaded CVs are processed by an AI service to prepare your CV. Voice recordings are not stored after transcription. Employers and Fayda staff cannot read your assistant conversations, and you can permanently delete them from your profile.

Fayda offers sign-in with Google. When you choose this option, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not request access to your contacts, files, calendar or any other Google data.

2. How we use this data

We use your name, email address and profile picture solely to create your account and to sign you in to the Fayda jobs platform, and to display your profile within the platform according to your privacy settings.

Information that you add yourself, such as your CV, skills and job applications, is used only to operate the platform's job search and application features.

3. Storage and security

Your data is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. Access is restricted by strict access rules, and employers can view a job seeker's contact details only after the job seeker has applied to that employer's job and the employer has unlocked the application.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as our database and payment providers, and only to the extent required.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to Support@fayda.ae from the email address linked to your account. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Certain records, such as payment records and the audit log of contact-detail unlocks, may be retained where the law requires it.
